This is a starter template. The final agreed scope, price, payment option and delivery timeframe for each project should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
1. Packages and project scope
Basic is ₹600 and Premium is ₹1,200 as one-time package prices. Both packages cover a single-page static website. Premium differs through richer content, more tailored colours and design, refined layout and additional agreed sections within that single page. The exact included content and requirements are agreed before work begins.
2. Information supplied by the customer
The customer should provide accurate business information and any images or content to be included. The customer is responsible for having the rights or permission to use supplied content and for reviewing information intended for public display.
3. Delivery timeframe
The typical delivery estimate is 2–3 days after the required information is received and the project scope is agreed. The actual agreed timeframe will be confirmed for each project. Customer delays in providing information or approvals may affect delivery timing; any changed deadline should be communicated and agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Two payment options may be offered, as agreed before work begins: (A) 100% of the agreed price before work starts, or (B) the full agreed price once the initial 40% work milestone—initial layout, key sections and first content pass—is reached and shown to the customer. The 40% milestone refers to progress, not a 40% deposit. The selected option will be confirmed in writing.
5. Revisions and extra work
Each package includes up to three revision rounds. Included revisions are limited to adding, removing or replacing images and updating information within the agreed scope. New functionality, major redesigns, a new design direction, extra pages or other work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and approval.
6. Hosting and domains
The package includes publishing on an available pages.dev address at a hosting charge of ₹0, subject to the hosting platform’s availability, terms and limitations. The exact address depends on availability. A custom domain such as a .com domain is not included automatically and may involve separate registration or setup costs. Paid third-party services and work outside the agreed package may cost extra. Platform availability and terms may change; permanent availability is not guaranteed.
7. Static website and ongoing maintenance
The websites supplied under these packages are static. Ongoing maintenance and future content changes are not included after delivery. Additional changes or services can be discussed separately and may be quoted separately.
8. Refund policy
- Missed agreed delivery timeframe: If TechSetu Technologies fails to deliver the agreed website within the promised timeframe, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund.
- After delivery: A customer may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message. Where a genuine issue is raised and a reasonable explanation is provided, an 80% refund may be available, subject to review.
Refund requests should be made through the official WhatsApp contact within the applicable period. The request should identify the project and explain the concern. The applicable delivery timeframe is the one agreed in writing for the project.
9. Business outcomes
A website can help present business information online, but TechSetu Technologies does not guarantee leads, sales, search rankings, visitor numbers or specific commercial outcomes.
10. Third-party platforms
Websites may rely on hosting platforms, domain registrars or other third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms, availability and policies. Any paid third-party costs will be discussed before they are incurred.
11. Contact and changes
Contact TechSetu Technologies through the WhatsApp link on the website to discuss a project or ask about these terms. Terms may be updated when business practices change; project-specific agreements should be kept in writing.
