What address will my website use?
By default, your website will be published at an available address in the format yourbusiness.pages.dev. The exact address depends on availability.
Is a custom domain included?
No. A custom domain such as yourbusiness.com is separate and may involve additional costs.
How long does delivery take?
The typical estimate is 2–3 days after we receive the required information and agree on the scope. The timeframe is confirmed for each project.
How many revisions are included?
Three revision rounds are included. They cover adding, removing or replacing images and updating information within the agreed scope. New features or major redesigns may cost extra.
Does the website need ongoing maintenance?
These are static websites, so routine ongoing maintenance is not included in the package. Future changes or additional work can be discussed separately.
What is the refund policy?
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the policy provides a 100% refund. After delivery, a customer may request a refund within 14 days of the delivery confirmation message; where a genuine issue and reasonable explanation are provided, an 80% refund may be available, subject to review. See the Terms of Service for details.
Can you guarantee customers or sales?
No. A website can help present your business information, but we do not guarantee leads, sales, search rankings or specific business results.
